I am a California-licensed architect by trade, with 10+ years of experience in the fields of Architecture and Design, Project Management, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Management, and Real Estate Investment. I have a passion for problem solving and logistics, specifically through thoughtful, efficient design solutions and experience with projects of diverse typologies - from a vacation villa in Indonesia to a cryptocurrency headquarters campus in the Bahamas - both large and small - from historic bathroom renovations to the SFO Airport. Most recently, I’ve co-led a real estate investment venture focused on value-add multifamily and mixed-use projects in upstate New York, applying my design expertise and operational mindset to reposition distressed assets and lead renovations across a 100+ unit portfolio.

General Partner | January 2023 - Present

Raised equity and secured debt financing to acquire and manage several portfolios across 25 properties (102 total units, residential, mixed-use, commercial, and land), structured via separate LLCs.

Structured GP/LP syndications; supported capital deployment strategy and investor communications.

Built and coordinated operations team—a network of property managers, leasing agents, contractors, maintenance staff, and legal partners. Directed asset management strategy across residential, commercial, and land holdings—overseeing leasing, capex, compliance, and stabilization.

Oversaw 50+ unit renovations and capital improvements; led project scopes, budgets, and contractor teams to increase asset value and NOI. Achieved 40–70% rent growth across upgraded units while navigating occupancy recovery, evictions, and legacy tenant challenges.

Secured $150K in city grants for revitalization efforts, designed and documented approved plans for commercial-to-residential repositioning projects, and led early-phase entitlement strategies for land development projects, including community engagement and municipal approvals.

Design Architect, Project Manager, Owner’s Representative | Dec 2021 - January 2023

Acted as Director of Design for a 500,000sf+ headquarters campus masterplan. Program types included Office, Amenity, Residential, Hotel, and Athletics. Developed concept, drawings, visuals, and marketing materials through Schematic Design deliverable. Collaborated with corporate, local, national stakeholders and partners.

Managed and led a large and diverse group of trades, including 12+ consultants and a combined staff of 40+ team members. Negotiated contracts, developed and maintained budget, and presented at Public Town Halls, City Planning meetings, and trade partnerships.

Project Manager, Design Architect, and Interior Architect for temporary campus renovations and ground-up construction projects, totaling 20,000sf+. Sourced and procured FF&E and worked directly with contractors and suppliers, resulting in a total cost savings of $2.5M+.

Implemented sustainable design principles throughout the project and utilized BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced technologies to streamline the design and pre-construction process, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.
