From 2023–2025, I co-led an owner-operated portfolio of 25+ properties / 102 units, applying my architecture and project-delivery background directly as an owner. I led design direction, capital planning, renovation scopes, contractor coordination, and development strategy across multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and land assets—balancing design, cost, operations, and long-term value rather than approaching projects from a single discipline.

Beyond renovation work, I led or developed plans for multiple change-of-use and ground-up development initiatives, including the conversion of a former medical office building into 12 apartments, the approved conversion of commercial space into residential and live/work units, and planned-unit-development concepts across three owned parcels. I also led façade design and implementation for two mixed-use properties through a local Downtown Revitalization Initiative program.
