As Director of Design and Owner’s Representative, I led the vision and owner-side project delivery for FTX’s planned global headquarters campus in Nassau. I assembled and managed a multidisciplinary team of 12+ consultants and 40+ combined project staff, working across company leadership, architects, engineers, local stakeholders, and government agencies to translate a complex program into a cohesive campus. My role spanned consultant selection and contracts, programming, design direction, budgeting, stakeholder presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination through groundbreaking.
Having previously worked at Gensler as an architect, I later returned to the firm from the client side, selecting and managing Gensler Costa Rica as the project’s documentation architect.

Workplace Addition + Renovation
While the permanent campus was in design, I led the design and delivery of 20,000+ SF of interim workplace renovations and ground-up projects to support the company’s rapidly evolving needs. I worked directly with contractors, suppliers, and vendors while overseeing design, FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement. Through design, sourcing, and procurement strategies, the team achieved $2.5M+ in project cost savings.
